Opposites

In this photo space is used, but especially negative space by having the subject be directly in the middle of the photograph to emphasize that space. From the principles of design, balance is key in the photograph by dragging the viewers eyes towards the subject from having the lines of light and dark lead you to the Airpods. From the rules of photography, lines are being used again, by having dark and light lead you to the subject.

In this photo, shape is used by having the subject been manmade as a circle, which creates space throughout the photo. Next, pattern and repetition is used by having all limes surrounding the orange, creating a great opposite but keeping the repetition in the photo. Lastly, from the rules of photography fill the frame is used by having all limes surrounding the whole photo as well getting really close up to the subject, to create the image to look fuller than it seems.

This picture is intresting in many ways, from the texture of both photos making it feel like you can touch the rough edges of the wood, as well the soft feel of the finger, creating a great opposite. Next, rhythm is used in both photos from the swirls of each ring which drag the viewers eyes to the centre of the image. Lastly, leading lines is used throughout both photos by the rings of wood and the finger create a hypnotizing look.

In this photo, texture is used from the camera catching all tiny hairs and marks of the skin. Next from the principles of design emphasis is used from the card being in the centre, drawing your attention towards the heart. From the rules of photography fill the frame is used by having most of their face in the full frame, which creates the image to look much bigger than it appears.
