Inspiration Recreation

Describe the process in achivening the perfect recreation (light/shadow, angle of view)

For this project I wanted to challenge myself to something different and unique. I decided to pick Vincent Favre as my insporation and recreation. He is an amazing photographer and artist, his work has inspired me and many more to come. I achieved this photo by finding the perfect shade of green, and painting it for the background, to highlight the red poppy. Painting the backgroud wasn't the hard part, it was the angles, the lighting and postioning myself. I had help, by adding not just fake grass, but real grass to give the photo texture. Having the first poppy blured was not the hard part but making sure it looked the same as the original. I first had this taken inside but then needed to add more light to make it even brigter, so I moved outside and captutred this. I treid positoning myself to the left and right, but simply directly in the middle was the best option, so I could put stuff in the frame. In colcusion, I am happy with the result but could've done better by making it look more realstic.
