In this photograph you see space, especially a lot of negative space surrounding the seagull. From the principles of design movement and rhytem are shown throughout the whole photo from the ocean ripples leading your eyes to the main subject. Lastly, from the rules of photography this photo is considered breaking the rules by having my subject directly in the middle. This photo is one of my favourites for black and white becasue i feel it adds such a dramatic scene for something so simple and petie.

This photo shows lots of shape throughout the whole photo from each pumpkin having its own specific form and uniqueness, which allows the viewer to see each pumpkin its own character. From the principles of design unity is expressed heavily throughout the photograph because you are viewing all different angles of the pumpkins in the whole photo which can draw the viewers eyes through everything, and creating the image to completed. Lastly from the rules of photography filling the frame is used to create a completed look driving the viewers eyes through each pumpkin in the photo.

This photo shows texture from the mushrooms being in focus to dive deeper into the texture and form of a mushroom cluster. Next from the principles of design, pattern and repetition show a vital role by capturing the mushroom clusters repeating throughout the photo, and having all different sizes and shapes. Finally from the rules of photography leading lines are shown by leading the viewers eyes from the bottom of the mushroom cluster to the top as the mushroom cluster swerves throughout the photo. When i saw these mushroom clusters on one of my hikes, i was amazed and so excited that i found something unique surrounding a tree.

This chick photo shows texture by having the toy chicken in focus, and adding a macro lense to pick up each piece which adds a warm and fuzzy feeling to it. Next, from the principles of design emphasis is shown by having the background completely black to have the chick pop out completely. Lastly, simplifying the scene is used throughout the photo by having the chick be alone and off to the right which creates it the centre of attention.

Space is used throughout this photo from the mountains being in the background creating a border of positive and negative space. Next from the principles of design balence is used from the left side of the photo being completly clear of any distractions, while the right side of the photo has bushes on the border creating the imagie to look completed and add intrest. Lastly from the rules of photography lines are being used from the mountains in the background creating a line of interest to draw the viewers eye to the subject of bright light.
